Someone’s probably in love with you right now, even though you think you’re boring and stupid and smell bad most of the time, someone probably saw you last week and wiped their sweaty hands on the insides of their pockets and thought about your body under your clothing and about how you would look asleep in their bed

OH MY GOD. I LOVE CATS. I LOVE GOLDIES.

Earlier this week, I watched “The Place Behind the Pines” because a friend of a friend said it was good. My one friend and I were pretty skeptical, as we thought the trailer looked somewhat unappealing (or in the words of said home slice dawg, “it looks like a steaming pile of shit”). That said however, it was a good movie overall; it was the concept of the movie seen as a whole that really made it what it is. Don’t let Ryan Gosling be the deciding factor though, because despite the sex aura he seems to emit, uh.. well you’ll see (maybe). It really sets the focal point on the manner in which being a shitty person can have repercussions.

On the release day (yesterday), we also had the pleasure of watching “Iron Man 3”. I thought it was preeeeetty damn awesome, but of course, that is but one opinion. As usual, RDJ was great, the pacing was good, and.. I don’t think I’d be able to find anything to dislike even if I tried. It was also my first time watching a movie in 3D (which I’ve considered in my rating of the movie, but it probably wouldn’t have made much of a difference anyway, as the 3D effects were minimal). If anything, this is the movie I would really suggest watching, as it was undeniably entertaining.

This doesn’t really sum up the entire week, but I guess I’ll just have to say that in all, it was really nice. I have good friends.
